The clever neck attachment on this @me_andem tank is a 2x2 rib polo neck with buttons attached at the bottom edge. If you look closely at the inside neck rib on the garment, you can see a fashioned button hole produced during the knitting of the neck rib.

This fabric of this vintage devore skirt is made of silk and viscose. The viscose velvet pile has been printed
and then burnt away to leave the silk base fabric.

This @zara print dress has a rubberised print applied on top of lasered holes. This is a cheaper method,
giving the appearance of an embroidery technique known as Schiffli or chemical lace.

The fabric for this @zara jersey top has been knitted with a lurex yarn and the crinkle effect is created by manually twisting, then knotting the garment when damp, before it is dried.

This pattern is created using the burn out technique. It is commonly done on a blend fabric, using
a synthetic man-made and natural fibre. A screen is cut with areas left open, where burn out is
required. A burn out paste is applied through the screen onto the exposed areas. This eats away
at the natural fibres, which are grey, exposing the white man-made yarn. #mytrainedeye #burnoutjersey #patternedfabric #burnout #jersey
